Common questions
Does FeedCanvas change Shopify products?
No. Catalog and inventory access is read-only. FeedCanvas generates general product exports without editing the source product data.
Why is a published feed not updating?
Confirm that the feed is published, required mappings are complete, and the app still has product and inventory permissions. Then review the feed status and latest generation result in FeedCanvas.
Can a feed be removed?
Yes. Open the feed list, choose delete, and confirm the action. Its public feed URL will stop serving feed content.
Which formats are supported?
FeedCanvas exports general product data as XML or CSV. Choose and map fields from a fixed catalog field list. XML uses a products/product structure; CSV uses the same field names. No external platform setup is required.
